Dynamics of endothelial function indexes in patients with post-Covid syndrome using a combination drug of ethylmethylhydroxyperidine succinate/vitamin B6

Introduction: After the COVID-19 pandemic, public healthcare has faced a new problem, persistence of symptoms, most significant which is undue fatigue. The definition coronavirus infection as an endothelial disease suggests possible relationship between asthenic syndrome and dysfunction.
 Aim: to evaluate function in patients after before treatment with combination drug ethylmethylhydroxyperidine succinate (EMHPS)/vitamin B6.
 Materials Methods: A prospective study included 33 participants, 82% women 18% men aged 22 68 years COVID-19. There were two site visits made course 4-week visits.
 Results: treatment, index endothelium-dependent vasodilation increased decreased men. differences statistically insignificant. number subjects normal level from 7 11 treatment. vascular wall stiffness corresponded mean age examined participants did not change, although tended decrease increase it. initial nitric oxide was lower significantly while it remained unchanged men.
 Discission: confirms prolonged post-covid. We assume that virus destroys cells.Endothelial dysfunction known be associated cardiovascular risk.
 Conclusion: indicators changed drug. It necessary perform studies more COVID-19.
